How can I Remove my Jewelry?

Your jewelry can be removed with a quick snip using a pair of good kitchen scissors or wire cutters. During your appointment, we'll show you where you can cut your jewelry, should you ever need to remove it. Reattachment services are offered for when you'd like to wear your jewelry again.
Will my Jewelry Discolor my Skin?

Your jewelry should not discolor your skin, however individuals that have a higher acidic skin pH can lead to discoloration of your skin. This is not a common occurrence or something we see often.
Is Permanent Jewelry Dangerous?

No! Your jewelry is sealed with a quick zap that welds two links together. This process is quick and gentle, you wont feel a thing. We also take safety precautions throughout the process to ensure your safety and comfort.
Do you Travel?

Yes, Jeweliana Jewelry loves to help create an unforgettable, personalized experience at your event. Travel fees and purchase minimums do apply. Please get in touch to learn more
What is Permanent Jewelry?

A clasp-less, dainty, timeless piece of jewelry. Permanent jewelry is created custom to your style, sized to your specifications, and designed to wear until you're ready to take it off.
What Material is the Jewelry?

We stock 14k Gold Filled and Sterling Silver options. We do our best to source products that will not tarnish and will keep their integrity for as long as you'd like to enjoy. Solid gold jewelry is available upon advanced request.
What if I Change my Mind

Once your jewelry has been sized and cut to your preference, you are responsible for the full amount of the product. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Can you Resize my Jewelry?

During your appointment you will confirm the size if your preferred fit. If you decide you'd like to resize your new piece, we are happy to shorten your piece for you. If you feel your piece is too small, we will do our best to lengthen it, however additional fees will apply. If you notice your jewelry has stretched, we're happy to shorten your piece for you for a service fee. Resizing for any reason will be subject to a resizing fee.
What if my Jewelry Breaks?

We assure success of your weld before you leave your appointment. If your weld becomes detached, we will fix your piece for you at no cost. If your jewelry breaks elsewhere from wear, we're happy to reattach your jewelry for a fee. Jeweliana Jewelry is not responsible for replacing missing or lost jewelry.
